September 2025 Board Meeting Notes

In attendance: Board members - Barb Hickey, Jennifer Hisdorf Rachael Rennebeck, Lisa Davidson, Christine Fueller

Meeting started at 7:30 pm

Motion for approval by Rachael and second by Christine, August board minutes approved. 

Storage unit cleaned out & moved to Southpointe 

Fundraising:

  • Rolling out reminders for Penny Wars/Pink Outs/Other Breast Cancer Awareness opportunities that we have executed and are "rinse and repeat" easy round ups in honor of October.

Finances:

  • Need to discuss priority pay

    • Directors and officers insurance has been paid ($344)

    • Motion made to pay Mike Cwalina $900 to close out our services with him, second by Rachael Rennebeck.  Motion passed unanimously.

    • Rent for office (annual fee) - $900 – Rachael will look into moving this to a month-to-month fee.

Grants:

  • No SWPA (Southwestern PA) – no further consideration on this grant

  • Pursuing Gilead – no further update at this time.
