About Us
We help cancer patients do more than survive, we help them thrive!
412Thrive is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to help a community of individuals impacted by breast cancer and genetic mutations that lead to cancer navigate treatment and life beyond by creating a support system that makes everyone feel secure and included.

Our Story
412Thrive was formed shortly after founder Samantha Moatz hosted a wine night at her house for 11 local breast cancer Thrivers. Bonds formed quickly that night and Sam realized she was not the only one who needed the support of others who understood what they had been through. The idea of a nonprofit that focused on not just breast cancer treatment but also survivorship and beyond was born. The name came organically in a conversation with Cara Snyder a few months later and 412Thrive applied as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in September 2020.
In one year, 412Thrive has hosted a number of in person and virtual events. We have grown from 11 Thrivers to over 350. We provide dinners, cleaning services, and personalized care packages, but most importantly we provide a community of support for Thrivers of all ages and all stages.
With volunteer board and staff, all donations directly fund 412Thrive's mission, allowing care packages, events, and support to remain free of charge. You can view our info in GuideStar.
