December 2025 Board Meeting Notes

We are continuing to provide care packages to those who request one

Recurring bills will be paid, which include office space, attorney fees, and Mike Cwalina (per legal counsel advice, Mike will be paid)

• October 4th The Alt Rocks band Crafthouse fundraiser - $1,500 (awaiting check)

• October 4th & 5th North Hills Soccer Kick it to Cancer Weekend - Total pending 

• October 4th Tanger Outlets Pink Party table at outlets Tanger Outlets Washington - Merch sold $135

• October 10th North Hills High School Football Pink Out - $1,155.00 (PayPal)

• *October 15th HICO America beneficiary Breast Cancer Awareness Company Store - $750 (PayPal)

• *October 25th & 26th Move Power Yoga Two and Cyclebar North Hills classes donation and essentials for care packages - Approximately $1600 in care package items

• October 29th PSI Metals Women's ERG collected care package items - Estimated $350 in care package items

• October 31st Leg1on Training & Performance - Total pending

• Studio39 Lawrenceville Collecting care package donations on site - Total pending

• *Beauty by Judy sales commission and donate pink earrings for care packages - $400 (check deposited. 25 pairs of earrings donated)

• Maitri Medicinals A portion of the proceeds of the sale of limited edition Pink Ribbon Punch carts - Total pending

• *TELEO Performance t-shirt sales - $2024 (awaiting check)

Texas Roadhouse

• Monroeville location - $50 check and $1200 in gift cards ($25 increments). We can use them for whatever we'd like (care packages, raffles, take Thrivers to dinner). Let us know how to proceed
