October 2025 Board Meeting Notes

In attendance: Rachael Rennebeck, Lisa Davidson, Barb Hickey, Christine Fueller, Jennifer Hisdorf

Meeting started at 7:34 pm

Update from Rachael:

• We have renewed our status as a non-profit and will continue to prepare and deliver care packages for those in need of support

• Reviewed options provided by Katie Dudas for fundraising in October

Update from Christine:

• Debriefed how the Tanger Outlet event went.  Good attendance and several breast cancer survivors stopped by to share their story. We made $135 by selling merchandise.

• Christine will attend the Texas Roadhouse fundraiser in McCandless to represent the organization

Update from Jennifer:

• Reviewed the financials -there is $5086.00 in the account

• Reviewed the Verizon statements and agreed to pay the outstanding balance and close the account

• We will make a payment to our outside council for services rendered
